I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. They emphasized preventative care and informed me about child safety and nutrition. DR NIDA makes an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. The staff really knows what they're doing. Not as impresssed with Dr. Ed, but Dr. Nida is great.

When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
