I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.
