Sweet, but completely incompetent

The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored.
