I was very nervous about my visit to the office, because of being a new patient. I was immediately welcomed by the warm and welcoming staff. The nurse answered all the questions I had before I met with the doctor. Dr. Audet, was a very kind and thorough with the exams and answered any questions that have came up.

This office is totally scandalous. In 2009 Audet's staff member, Jolene, told me that I was not menopausal. I was just fat. She refused to order any tests I requested. Then the next year, 2010, Jolene, pushed & insisted that I have every test in the book. The year before I was just fat! I told Jolene that I was there strictly for prescription renewal & was not interested in any additional testing.
Jolene completely disregarded my wishes and ordered additional pap testing against my orders. She did not inform me that she had deliberately disobeyed. She just did what she wanted. She was going to get me one way or another.
She telephoned me asking what I was doing in Illinois? Did my mother need me?
Questions that were totally irrelevant & unprofessional. Jolene then went on to add that I "needed to get out more". Her behavior was definitely unethical and probably unlawful. DO NOT TRUST THIS PROVIDER. Check your lab invoice. Does it have additional charges that you did not agree to? Probably so. Jolene is a underhanded skank. She does what she wants regardless of patient wishes and instructions.
