Not only did they not review my medical history before my appointment, but they didn't go over anything in the actual exam. The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. They were downright degrading and I didn't feel respected at all. Their comments were hurtful.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
