Dr. Helfrich's bedside manner was horrendous. It's laughable that his profile on the Christie Clinic directory says that he treats each patient like his family. When meeting him, not only did he not introduce himself, his first words were blunt, "shut the door," and "sit down." He left the door open to a hallway when giving me a physical, completing violating my rights to privacy. I am wondering if I should stick with him; he seemed to know his stuff and have a great deal of experience. The information that he gave me seemed credible, it's just that he seemed like a terrible human being.
