Dr is a great Doctor, however trying to get through via phone is near impossible, always problems with phones, never waited less than 10 to 15 min on hold and have waited up to almost 30 which to me is insane. It's a busy office so get more help or a better phone system. My time is as important as theirs!

There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Unfortunately, their administrative staff is terrrible. It is almost impossible to schedule an appointment and their customer service is nonexistent. They never call back nor do they submit information to the pharmacy within a reasonable period. It might take several calls for the administrative staff to reply. The doctors are great but all is lost because of their terrible service to the clients.
