The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I got an appointment at a time that worked with my schedule. I've never had to wait too long. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and if they don't know the answer they find out.
