They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They were rude at the window.

Only the next door surgeon Dr. Thomae made up for Highland Physicians --- now that physicain's office and doc was great!!!

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
