I had to wait over an hour and a half for three visits in a row with no mention from the staff that there was a wait. Nor did they offer any water while I waited. They just left me in there waiting for the doctor for over an hour and a half. Then after having enough crap from the staff, who is very rude and not helpful, and the doctor who hasn't changed my meds in over 20 years they then decided to give me one more f- you and charge me for MY medical records. Even if they were to be forwarded to another doctor, they still charge. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. The office was easy enough to find. Don't go to this facility. It's the worst place I've ever been treated at. The staff is uncaring and the doctor's take forever, and don't seem like they really care either.
