They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
