Dr. 'Tony' Dipasquale was my dentist for over 10 years. Recent problems have caused me to withdraw my recommendation for him. I have suffered through two failed root canals that he had to refer out. First one - he never looked at the x-rays. Second one, tooth was cracked; he failed to pull it in a timely manner/got really infected/no antibiotic given. Here I am with $15,000 in medical bills because Dr. Tony passed on several opportunities to fix the problem but never did and I landed in the ER.
