Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.
