Got a flexible sigmoidoscopy and the experience was so horrible I swore I would die of cancer before doing it again --then I talked to others who had the procedure with other doctors and discovered I was the only one who received no pain medication. Some were totally put under --I was awake, watched the procedure and suffered great pain --was worse than child birth pain. I was surprised to find this doctor still practicing.
