Dr. Frumkin is a good man and a good doctor. After a bad experience with our parents at a different doc, we switched to Dr. Frumkin and he was wonderful. We felt he was caring and thorough. I would recommend him highly.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
