The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
