I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed.
