I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. She also pushes her religious views on you even if you don't share the same religion. She mixes her religious views with facts and twists them to fit her opinion, even if it does not go with standard medical advice. Drove me NUTS!
