As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
