Arrived at 9:38 for a 10:00 am consult as I waited, I noticed people getting upset and rescheduling appts after waiting 1.5 hrs. The front desk staff kept going outside frequently to smoke, wow they smoked alot, as a former smoker I get it but revolving door for 2or3 certain people but close to two hrs in still waiting, I was warned by a patient from st Augustin this was the norm as he left without seeing the staff, he rescheduled and wished me good luck, another bad sign, then they called back a man who came after me for the same consult, now I'm the only one there and its 11:55, I asked for my paperwork so I could leave, they could not find it and stated it had been shredded, by then its 2hrs and 15 minutes, still no consult, I make my drive back to yulee from orange park, now I'm nervous to find out they were hacked and all patient information was compromised, very poorly managed front admissions, think twice before going here.
