Michael M. Wall M.D. is board certified in Family Practice. He graduated from Crystal Lake High School in 1976. He attended the University of Illinois-Champaign/Urbana and received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1980, with a double major in Biochemistry and Computer Science. He graduated from Northwestern University School of Medicine in 1984 and completed his Family Practice Residency training at SIU Decatur Family Practice in 1987. Dr. Wall enjoys all aspects of family medicine. Dr. Wall performs no-scalpel vasectomies and other minor surgical procedures in his office, including casting of simple fractures. Dr. Wall is looking forward to caring for you and your family.

SERVICES:
We offer complete family medical coverage, excluding obstetrical care. We are pleased to offer laboratory and radiology services in our office. We perform blood-draws and radiology services such as chest x-rays and extremity films in the office. Decatur Memorial Hospital will charge for the lab and x-ray services and a DMH radiologist will read the films. We utilize a specialized procedure room in the Forsyth office for: laceration repair, casting of simple fractures, minor surgical procedures and no-scalpel vasectomies.

ADMISSIONS:
Dr. Wall will be using the hospitalist system at DMH for your in-patient needs. A hospitalist is a hospital–employed specialist who sees you during the hospital admission for daily visits, and maintains good communication with Dr. Wall during your hospital stay. Hospitalists are available to make patient rounds several times a day, follow up on test results quickly, and keep our patients well informed during their hospital stay.
