They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Every single one of my questions were answered during the appointment. I was so relieved that they were able to give me so much useful information. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
