They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. When I first got diagnosed with UC at an emergency visit, Dr. Pang's office was the only gastroenterologist who would see me without insurance - and I called 12 others before finding his office. His staff is sweet and friendly and efficient. Dr. Pang always takes the time to talk with me and discuss my concerns. If I call in a question, he always returns my call within 24 hours if not sooner.
