I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was highly impressed with how comfortable the chairs in the waiting room were. Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment.

The doctor was excellent; knowledgeable and competent. His staff was insolent and uncaring. I will return, based on this physician -- his knowledge, skills and conscientious approach.
