Went to this dentist for the first time for a checkup/cleaning, but was referred to a dental surgeon at Shands because he seemed to think I needed my wisdom teeth removed but couldn't do it at his office apparently. So I went there, and they said they needed to do some sort of comprehensive evaluation, but when they tried to bill my insurance for it, they said they had already been billed for it by Dr. Palladino's office, so I asked them if they could just get the evaluation results from Dr. Palladino's office, they were told they never did one for me, yet my insurance company was still billed for it. I couldn't afford to pay for a second evaluation out of pocket, so I never had the surgery and my teeth are still hurting. Also randomly met a friend that also went to his office and had a sketchy insurance billing problem. Sounds like insurance fraud to me.
