Made appointment for consultation, arrived on time, stood at counter for 10 minutes with a receptionist on the phone right in front of me, did not even acknowledge my presence until another employee seen me and ask how they could help me, filled out four pages of personal information and returned to receptionist, I asked if, after consultation, I could have my paperwork back if I chose not to continue with office. I was told no and if I did not want to follow these procedures, She would shred my information right now and I could go some where else. Then I spoke with the Dentist and he didn't care about my concerns only to appease the rude and bad attitude receptionist or spouse, sister, in-law or what ever she was. I am truly thankful I found out now than later, Be very careful with this organization, they only care about themselves. Defiantly No Recommendation Here
