I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there. I always look forward to my appointments because they take that extra step to make me feel special and respected. They really make an effort to get to know all their clients and don't just treat them like a number. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They never encouraged any of my negative behavior, and gave me plenty of helpful solutions for what I was going through. They were able to help me get of negative patterns and routines very quickly.
