Dr. Jaffe is always so willing to answer all of my questions. He is highly educated and experienced. He continually advances his education and keeps up with any and all treatments. If he doesn't have an answer he will find it for you immediately. It is nice to feel at ease and free to be myself. My first impression when I first walked in the building was how much effort they put in to making their waiting room comfortable and relaxing. They have good chairs to wait in in case they are running a little behind, which hardly ever happens, but I realize sometimes life happens and it’s nice to know I’ll be waiting in comfort. If there is a wait it is the shortest I ever have with any doctor. If I knew someone in need of counseling I would definitely recommend them. There's no question I would recommend this provider to anyone! It was easy to get a convenient appointment right away when taking new patients. They have a flexible schedule and got me in quickly. I have been a patient for a few years. I will always need psychiatric help due to my conditions. Dr.Jaffe is always there for his patients. He is wonderful at paying attention to details and communicating with me real solutions and options in terms I understand. I am a forever grateful patient! His office manager is also fantastic! Always professional and very good at her job.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
