This provider has been my dentist for 20 years. When I retired I traveled for about 5 years. After returning home I had a problem with a Crown that he installed over Christmas holidays which was causing a lot of pain. I was unable to get in touch with him until after Christmas which is understandable but when I did I was told that they only worked 3 days a week and only took scheduled appointments and because I had not seen him in 4 years I would have to get reestablished by scheduling a cleaning appointment before I could see the doctor. They suggested that I see an emergency dental provider. I ask if they could tell me who provided this service and was told they did not know. I will never go back to this dentist.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
