They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I was glad that they were located in in town, however because of the waiting time it would be just as easy to see someone in the surrounding areas (Dawson, Cumming, Gainesville). We have been here many times and every single time we are in the waiting room for an hour and in the exam room another hour... It's too much waisted time. ESP for young children. Get people IN and OUT, do not over book people and lolly gag around in back hallways- seen that too many times.

It's been a couple weeks since my sons appointment and we are still waiting to hear when they are scheduling his scoliosis surgery. We were told it was serious but haven't heard a thing back to get it scheduled. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
