It was obvious that Dr. Mortellaro's office has been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to cold offices, so I was a little worried that the office would be too cold during my surgery, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I love how much attention to detail they show. The entire staff knew me and called me by name and I never even had to sign in. They are always very kind, attentive and careful in everything they do. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
