I have visited doctor Robinson's office about 3 times. I have never really had an issue until today. I called to ask if I could be billed for my co pay. the woman on the phone bluntly said no. This was odd to me because most of my doctors Bill my co-pay. And on my first visit there I paid my co pay and was still billed. So how is it that my insurance pays 80% of the pill and your so insensitive that you can't bill me for $45. I was not only turned off by the lady's rudeness, like I was asking for a handout, but I was appalled that this is how you treat regular patients. This man is a wonderful doctor but his staff and their office policies has put me back on the search for a new doctor.
