I waited in the office for 3 hours in the office. He has a lot of patients and it not easy to get an appointment fast. If u need to be seen quickly do not go there. After I waited so long I didn't even see the doctor but someone like a PA.I paid out of pocket and I expect to get better service. They really didn't take me problem that seriously. And every nurse u interact with will ask u same question even though u already answered them in the paperwork they give you when u first come in. I don't understand why they just don't read it and by the 4th time I had to explain them my problem I got really frustrated.
