Dr's Rich and Lacy Gilbert are clearly a notch above the rest. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The staff is always very friendly, considerate, professional and very knowledgeable. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very comfortable here because I know it's a notch above the rest.

Dr. Gilbert and his staff make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I loved how gentle and careful they were. I felt like they really cared about me. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I will continue going back!
