They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is professional and friendly making the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best!

I orginally took my son to Dr Sage for braces. We had used Dr Sage for my daughter's braces and I liked him very much. Dr Mussa took over Dr Sage's practice. Dr Mussa was never very personable toward me, but I felt that her work was acceptable. When my son got his braces off and got his retainers is when the problem started. He lost them and we were charged $450.00 for replacements, which I thought was outrageous. Next time he dropped them at the bus stop & they got run over, again another $450.00. When I mentioned the price to my dentist, he also thought it was outrageous, said that he could get them from his lab for $250.00. The third time my son lost his retainers, I had my dentist's lab make them for $250.00. After that, Dr Mussa pretty much stopped treated my son. She would not tightened the retainers because we did not buy them from her for another $450.00. So now after spending all the money on braces, she told me that she would still see my son, but would not do any work on his retainers. Needless to say, I am very unhappy about the situation and I feel she is more conerned about making money that finishing up the treatment of my son's teeth. She was very short with me on the phone when I called to talk to her. I wish that I had switched orthodontists when Dr Sage retired. I found him to be more compassionate & understanding. When my daughter had her braces, I was told that Dr Sage would charge $100.00 to replace her retainers if lost. I understand that was 5 years ago, but have prices gone up that much?
