It was so nice to arrive and see at least 1 out 5 "happy" staff members. The lady in the front window was nice and made me feel welcome. Everyone else seemed like they hated their job or they were bothered by the patients. This place had 'good enough' staff but I REFUSE to go back! They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The doctor was rude...I felt rushed. Bedside manner is a 1 out of 5....I think the people who do the blood draws are the happiest people in the place...or they fake it really well.

Dr. Mainthia and her nurses are such angels. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
