terrible denture I got ripped off

The worst experience I have had on dentures. $3600.00 shot. I can't eat most foods without my denture coming out. I have been there 20 times in the last year and a half. They can't get it right now won't return calls. Maybe a lawyer??????????????

Does this provider always put the customer first?

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Does this provider treat their staff well?

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns?

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation?

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
