This was the WORST dental experience I've ever had. I went there first (as an adult) for a root canal- the staff was friendly and everything seemed to go alright. Had to return for the crown, so I made a secondary appt & one for my 9 year old who'd been suffering from a toothache. We both went in at the same time, while I was in the chair the dental assistant came in and opened the tools SOME OF THEM WERE STILL DIRTY! STUFF STICKING TO THEM! I almost threw up. I'm honestly not a shy person- but for some reason I just sat there. I still can't believe it. I just kept an eye on the yucky tools, thinking I'll speak up if they try to put either of those in my mouth. Thankfully they didn't need those particular tools. When it was all done, I went over to wait, and wait, and wait for my 9 year old... all he needed was a filling. He was finally finished and we went to Walmart, which is pretty much next door, and while we were there my sons new filling FELL OUT. Within 6 months my crown FELL OFF. My husband had gone there previously also- and within 3 days his filling FELL OUT. Do Not Go to this Dentist if you don't want to spend a bunch of money (still paying the $2400+ Care Credit bill from that place) for NOTHING but mistakes. OH, and recently a friend of mine took her kids there, she had 3 that were scheduled back to back, waited almost 2 HOURS in the waiting room and finally just walked out when she heard the receptionist talking the doctor on the phone- he wasn't even there! When my friend was telling me about it, I asked where she took her kids- no surprise it was this crappy dentist. BEWARE!

This a good practice with a competent friendly staff and a very likable doctor however the only downside is they do not have an on call emergency dentist available. They are only reachable during normal business hours which can be difficult when a child has an emergency.
