The administrative area of Brookside Dental Care of Zephyrhills is a real mess. On 01/2011 I requested a referral for an extraction that the Dentist was afraid to do. Because of this I had to ask for a referral. I had to make several calls to this office because every time I called they did not find anything in relation to my request for the referral. After three days they finally told me that my referral was ready. When I take my referral to Bright Now Dental in Tampa the person who serves me informs me that the referral was not correct. Bright Now then had to manage a new referral that it took them about 45 minutes. Thanks Bright Now Dental! Now, after 13 months of my extraction Brookside Dental Care send me a statement of account of $ 5.00. That is why I say that the administrative area of Brookside Dental Care in Zephyrhills, FL is a real disaster. How they dare to charge me $ 5.00 after such bad service. That is why I am giving not only the $ 5.00 but also I am giving my humble review too.

I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
