There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but If the other patients chat as much me I understand the wait. Also, since Dr. Robbins is holistic it is not our standard doctor office. I just bring a book or watch their educational videos while I wait. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
I like that Dr. Robbins thinks outside of the box to help people. I over heard one of her staff members say Dr. Robbins was going to a conference in order to provide additional treatment options for her patients. It is great to go to a doctor who really wants you to change your lifestyle in order to live longer. She lifestyle changes over drugs. I fought her at first however now that I lost weight and have more energy. I take my supplements and get some type of exercise everyday. I have told my whole family her and her staff.
