Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain.
