They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
