I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
