They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous.
