I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
