When I first started going to Aspen Dental it was great, the staff was friendly and caring.
Then there was a new Dentist that came into the office along with a new group of staff. Since then it went down hill. My fillings, which they had put in would fall out and they would expect me to pay for them to refill them even after the doctor said they were prepared incorrectly (by him no less). One of the girls at the front desk (I believe she was the new office manager) was arguing with me in the waiting room (which had about 2 or 3 other people in it at the time) about how I needed to pay or they wouldn't fix it, when it was their mistake that caused the problem in the first place.
Even if I hadn't moved, I would never step foot in that office again. I'd rather pay more money and go somewhere out-of-network than go to any Aspen Dental.
