He's an alright person and I used him previously for many years. However, he will no longer treat me after I went in to get a prescription refilled that had originated from another doctor, a top ENT doctor located in Cincinnati. The drug the ENT prescribed was mixed with a saline solution and used to rinse my sinuses. Dr. Tsui refused to write the prescription because what it was being used for was not the "intended use" of the medicine. He would not call the ENT or do any type of easy research to see that this medicine has been prescribed to treat sinus problems. This drug is used in breathing treatments for babies. It is not dangerous whatsoever, but this doctor in his scripted response, utterly refused to help. Now I need to find another doctor and deal with the persistent sinus issues that his lack of professionalism has promoted. One final note, as my doctor, I never thought he was a good listener.
