I am steaming mad about the treatment I received here. The office manager provided the worst customer service experience I have ever received in my entire life. When I tried to ask important questions she talked over me and I got so worked up I told her I was coming in person and asked her to be ready for me. Then I got a call from a police officer who said they received threats by me and issued a criminal trespass warning. I am an outstanding member of society, who served his country and volunteers in my spare time. I was so disappointed at the way this person handled my situation. I will pray for her, since she must have bigger issues than mine.

This whole situation is beyond belief; I can't believe a doctor's office could care so little about their patients. I was told I am a diabetic and they could no longer treat me because they are uncomfortable. When I tried to ask questions I was treated horribly, like I was being a bother to them.

This is upsetting since they have seen me for my condition over the past year and my blood-work has not changed. The office is convenient for me and the doctors/PA's were nice for the most part (except the last one I saw, which wouldn't even get on the phone to answer my concerns).

The office manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked several questions to the person who called about my blood-work she said she would get the office manager, when she came on the phone she stated the person I previously spoke to said I was being belligerent, which means hostile and aggressive. I was being aggressive because we were speaking about my health but it is very rude to accuse someone of being hostile towards them with no evidence of it. I was simply asking important questions and the employee didn't know any answers, it was troubling so I asked her to have the doctor contact me instead. She called back a few minutes later saying the doctor "said they do not want to treat me". It seemed like this staff doesn't like people who care about their health.

With all that said, I would seriously recommend going to another office. This place is not a professional medical practice. They spend very little time trying to find the cause of your health problems. I am sure this happened for a reason and God will help me find an actual health-care professional.

This office is now refusing to send me my medical records and after calling them two times (which I recorded to show how professional I am), they contacted the police again and said I can not call again or I will be arrested.

I would hope there are laws which give me the right to obtain my medical records since they just notified me I need to follow up with a specialist as soon as possible, but I am unaware of any at the moment. All I can do is hope my attorney is able to do whatever he can to help prevent this treatment of any other customer/patient here. This lady must have had a horrible day or she doesn't care about anyone.
