This Dr office is shady..They send you to these classes every other month and every time my wife goes to this class she has nothing but problems...The first time she went her scripts had 2 different signatures and try saying my wife signed them but soon to find out somebody at that place holding the class was signing the Dr's name fraudulently...Dr tried saying well your responsible for checking signatures and the Dr took no responsibility....The second time my wife goes to class the person handling the scripts does not put a DEA # on script so there is another problem so it took longer for her to get medicine..Then she goes into Dr visit today July 6th and tell her 2 months ago she was positive for meth for one she does not do meth she is dying from 2 types of Lupus and has never had a dirty urine sample...But for the Dr office to say 2 months ago when you gave a urine sample at that class of 30 people you failed..Ok well for one how does she know it was her sample because they didnt bag it up in front of her and have her sign off on the urine or even let her witness it was her urine? Now they are making her come back every week for drug course and $25 a week and only a week at a time on her medicine...DO NOT GO TO THIS DR OFFICE BECAUSE HIS STAFF HAS NO CLUE TO WHAT THEY ARE DOING THERE.....
