I made a mistake getting involved with this office. Arriving on time for the appointment, I had to wait 45 minutes until Gorokhov came in the room to see me, he was late not because the office was busy, it was hard to understand why he was late and ignore me. No one out of all employees did not apologize for the long wait. The point of my visit was a simple physical exam which is totally covered by my medical insurance. Usually, during the first meet with the doctor, the idea is to trust the doctor to be willing and able to thoroughly examine from head to toe. Unfortunately, it was totally the opposite of what needed to be done. First thing he said to me when he walked in the room, "Why are you guys so greedy for counting every penny." (By "you guys" he meant my race of people and that wasn't the last time he repeated this aggressively to me during the visit). What impressed me the most is that I owe him nothing, and insurance covered everything. It is almost as if he is hungry for money. I didn't understand where all this anger is coming from towards me the patient. I heard about his attitude from the Russian-Speaking residents of Atlanta, its incompetence and its megalomania but decided to visit this office and analyze everything myself, the people were correct. He examined me for only 30%. I still have 70% left to be examined because of his ignorance. According to the law, he had to spend an hour with me. During the 15 minutes of my stress, he will take hundreds of dollars from my insurance company. This is not full information for the patients that are trying to visit Gorokhov's office. I also informed Georgia Department of Health about the activities of this office. I will insist the Georgia Department of Health Representative to hold a conversation with Gorokhov - to begin with. He is not allowed to provide unfinished medical services to patients with the manners he has.

My daughter had also visited this medical practice in the past, suffering his aggressive manners and was not satisfied with his service.
